We booked and paid a deposit for a jumping castle about a month ago. The party was yesterday and they were a complete no show. We tried to call them multiple times with no answer or response. It left us totally in the lurch. Thankfully we contacted an alternative company who managed to book and deliver a castle within about 30 minutes. They were aware of this company and the issues it's having. Having issues is one thing, but completely neglecting to contact your customers is an entirely different class of poor service.

Extremely displeased with this company. I called them to book a castle. They then told me to book online, which I did straight away. I received my automated booking email but then never received a confirmation booking email. Tried to call them multiple times a day over a week to confirm the booking so I could pay, never answered and no response/text/phone call back. Tried to email, no response back. Very unprofessional company and I certainly wouldn’t be recommending anyone to take their business there when there are multiple other jumping castle companies you can take your business too in Adelaide that actually bother to respond to customers.

A huge thanks to the Team @ Character Jumps for their all round helpful & friendly customer service, from the first phone call to the pick up. I could not believe how clean & well presented the castles were. A company that certainly takes pride in providing entertainment at a reasonable price. Keep it up "Team Character Jumps".
