I am extremely grateful to Lindsay Bridges, MD and to CCM, the mindfulness meditation community which she has built and continues building. As a physician, she is uniquely qualified to gather and disseminate the complexities of current neuroscience in layman’s terms to folks from all walks of life coming together asking for a better way to live with greater responsiveness and less reactivity.
