I am extremely grateful to Lindsay Bridges, MD and to CCM, the mindfulness meditation community which she has built and continues building. As a physician, she is uniquely qualified to gather and disseminate the complexities of current neuroscience in layman’s terms to folks from all walks of life coming together asking for a better way to live with greater responsiveness and less reactivity. Illuminating and edifying, Lindsay’s work in mindfulness has been transformative for me personally (absolutely do take her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class) and this continues in ever widening circles of awareness about and appreciation for the intrinsic beauty of inter-being and interconnectedness. We are fortunate indeed to have her in our midst. Lindsay, the staff she’s brought together at CCM, and the expanding community of supporters represents a rich resource for transformative healing and wellbeing in the Charlotte area.

MBSR class was awesome. Learned a lot of valuable skills to identify, and cope with stress. Following class, I now attend CCM's community forum and that is helpful as well.
