My sister ordered me an arrangement, and I was immensely impressed with the quality and design. I have a lot of experience with floristry, and this is definitely the most beautiful and balanced arrangement I’ve received. The variety of flora and use of different types of greenery is so balanced. I will definitely keep this business in mind for any of my future florist needs

We received flowers and a card from Charlottes Fiesta Flowers because of a death in the family. They were ordered from family outside of Texas. When we tried to open the card it was not sealed in the envelope the flap was tucked inside but due to the humidity in the air the glue from the envelope stuck to the card causing such damage the card was not legible. I contacted the delivery person who stated “I’ve told them numerous times but they don’t seem to listen! Sorry”. Also when I sent a photo to the family who sent the flowers of the arrangement and they were completely upset the arrangement was nothing like what they ordered. I called upset and requested a new card and after 2 weeks we still have not received a card or an apology. I will never use this florist in Austin and suggest you don’t either. They have not followed through with what they say they would do. Look out if you use Charlottes Fiesta Flowers!

On a shopflowers.com order recently, I ordered the Everlasting Lavender bouquet on the left. My daughter received the bouquet on the right. Nowhere near my specific choice. Charlotte’s Fiesta Flowers said to shop flowers.com they followed their policy. Obviously, they forgot about the customer, me. I was never given the choice to cancel the order. If I order a certain arrangement, for my own specific reasons, and pay for a specific arrangement, it should be fulfilled or don’t advertise it on the website. Sometimes, Charlotte’s Flowers, the customer is right, most often always. Please don’t forget that. Allow them the opportunity to choose or cancel. Very simple, it’s not up to you to choose what I want!

I ordered flowers through uber for teacher appreciation week and my friend (the teacher) just sent me a picture of how they looked and it is NOT the way they are shown in the uber site for your store. There is a huge difference! You should update this asap so that customers like me know NOT to spend their money on this. Top picture is what is shown on the site, the bottom picture is what she got.

My experience with Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers was incredible. I have used them for a couple of years now for small flower needs and have loved everything they have done for me. There is such a fun energy about this place every time I am there. Most recently I used them for a large rehearsal need I had in March. I worked with Erica throughout the whole process and it was incredible and easy. She communicated ideas, had me look at flowers with her to create the most perfect arrangements that I had envisioned for this special night. Erica and her team made 18 arrangements for the different size tables at South Congress Hotel.They delivered and placed each arrangement on the tables. It was exactly what I had hoped for and more! I am so excited to share the beautiful photos. I have 2 more rehearsal dinners this year and am excited to work with them again.
