I have recently changed accountants to Charltons accounting firm. I received my refund today, that makes them officially 25% faster than my old accountant. The service from day one has been outstanding. Douglas and Dominika have been my main contacts and their communication and knowledge is exceptional. Emails and calls are all ways responded to quickly with no outcome to challenging. They have also assisted me with starting up a new SMSF that is said to be complicated. The team navigated me through the whole process with streamline confidence. I am so happy i made the change, if your considering a new accountant i can not recommend Charltons enough. They have a whole team to support each other and their clients. Very happy customer 😃 My new SMSF property has settled. Could not have done it without the help of Douglas and Dominika.
