It was very easy to schedule my initial appointment. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and professional. My services were done the same day and Loraine explained everything that was being done in great detail. Highly recommended.

This place is decorated beautifully and it always feels so calming. The staff here are just lovely! They always get me in for appts quickly and are just wonderful with communication and all around.

Loraine and the staff are absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Loraine took so much time educating me on all the things. She was patient with me and all my questions. I have a very very thin top lip and have always wanted to get filler in just the top. Other places I have looked into always refused to only do my top. Loraine assured me that I didn’t need any added to my bottom lip. The numbing cream made me so comfortable during the actual filler. I didn’t feel a thing and my lips are perfect. I have already told myself everyone I know they need to go to charmed!!!

I always have such an amazing experience at Charmed Medispa. From the moment I walk in, the staff make me feel comfortable and confident. They take the time to explain every step of the Botox process and answer all of my questions without rushing me. The injector Loraine is gentle, professional, and very knowledgeable.
