This is my third visit to Charmin. I often struggle with neck and shoulder pain that disrupts my sleep, but after each session here, I feel significant relief and leave feeling refreshed.Thank you for providing such professional service in Orange County! My husband and I had a professional massage at Charmin Spa, and it was exceptional. The massage was very professional and significantly relieved my sciatica pain. The clean environment and the friendly, skilled therapists made me feel incredibly relaxed. We definnitely come back soon for my sciatica.

Me and my brother went today around 8pm. We got a full body one hour with oils and stones which was $60 each. My experience was good. They ask you to remove your clothing but it's up to you if you wanna get naked or not. 5 min later the massage therapist walks in while you are laying in your stomach. My brother said her lady kept talking all the time and kept flirting with him, but she did NOT use the stones which he forgot but I did get em. He also said she asked If we wanted 10 more min and he agreed and it was $20 more each. At the end of the massage the lady demanded a tip from my brother, she even grabbed his wallet and handed it to him and said he had to tip her. My brother said he doesn't have to and we were coming back next week and he would tip her then. She replied "No you tip now" he refused and she said "I hate you, don't come back next week" so we are not. You also have to pay cash or zelle only. My lady didn't ask for tip but the front desk girl asked me if I had a tip for my masseuse, I said "sorry I don't have cash, my brother paid" she said something in her language and repeated sorry like 3 times, probably mocking me but I didn't really care.

OMG this place is the best massage spa place i ever been to in orange county!!!! Staff is very cheerful and welcoming!! Definitely coming back!! 💕💕💕

After a long day of walking at Disneyland, we were able to get a quick, impromptu couple’s massage. The place was clean and simple, with friendly staff. The manager spoke good English but was very pushy about upselling services. The therapists talked throughout the massage, but we still got a decent massage for the price. Overall, it was an okay experience for a last-minute stop.
