Needed my jacket tailored a few days before their standard waiting period; they had it ready a day early for good measure (pun intended). Their new client management system is excellent and likely helps them to prioritize different needs thoughtfully and effectively. It was easy to update my card online and then grab and go from the shop when it was done. Everyone is kind and professional. It's a great shop.

Such great people!! I stopped in to have them take a look at a zipper on my winter coat. I believe I spoke with the owner and he was so kind and welcoming. He looked at the zipper and suggested a simple fix and was so kind to not even charge me. I was so grateful for his help because I thought I may have had to replace the whole zipper. I will definitely go back to do business with him. I’ll recommend them to everyone!

Great family buisness, and truly treat all their customers wonderfully. They had my suit for a few weeks while I was out of town and when I went to pick it up, I was informed it was much less than I thought it would be. All the alterations needed were done but at 1/2 the price. I asked if they were sure the price was correct and they said, it wasn’t as difficult as they thought it was going to be, so they just decided to give me a discount. A great surprise, and the tailor did a great job! Will never go to another dry-cleaner or tailor in Buffalo again!
