I wanted to leave an honest review because while there were some positives to my move, the unresolved issues ultimately outweigh them. The movers themselves were very friendly and professional on moving day, which I appreciated. I was also grateful that the company did not charge an extra fee for the stairs required to access my unit, that was a huge positive. However, for furniture assembly, the bed that was disassembled and reassembled is now falling apart. I’ve included photos to show the condition, as it clearly was not put together correctly. More concerning is that my toolbox was taken by mistake during the move. The company did initially respond when I first reached out via both phone and email, but since then, communication has completely stalled. I followed up multiple times over the course of two months and was repeatedly told that they were looking into it. However, my most recent follow-up was met with no response at all, and the item has still never been accounted for. This was a huge derailment in my move as I’ve needed my toolbox to complete other furniture building projects over these last few months. My lower rating is not due to the movers themselves, but because of the lack of follow-through afterward, specifically the missing item and the poor assembly work. I would have been much more understanding if there had been consistent communication or a resolution, but the silence has been disappointing. I hope the company improves its follow-up and accountability, as these unresolved issues have left a very negative impression.

We always have the best moving experience with CheapMoversLosAngeles !! Jason, Gabriel, and Miguel are just soooooo awesome and Fast to work with! We had a BIG BIG MOVE and they did it so fast and perfect! Everything went really smoothly and we are so so happy! Will definitely call them again! It’s already our second time using them!

I had an excellent experience with Hesham, Miguel, and Jesus. They helped me re-organize my 2 storage units, and were efficient, considerate, and very-hard working! I really appreciated their positive attitudes and their ability to follow detailed instructions. Thanks guys!

I had such a great experience with this moving company! Miguel and Ignacio were amazing; super friendly, efficient, and careful with everything. The move went smoothly, and all my studio items arrived in perfect condition. The scheduling process was easy and fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better team! Highly recommend them.
