Do you want incredible food? Chef P is where you will find it. She and her team know how to listen to your ideas and make the food you were imagining. She is adaptive - and clearly about making the food one of the best parts of your event. She makes sure the primary clients (in this case me and my husband) are taken care of and attends to your guests with more specific dietary restrictions without any hesitation. Her staff was equally attentive and joyful; one of her staff taking a moment to tell me how fun and joyful the event was. This clearly shows she and her staff care about their clients. Even the guests have been stopping us to rave about the food! Chef Penelope’s food is truly incredible and her enthusiasm for us to have the best night ever is clear in her planning, communication, and flexibility. I worked a wedding with Penelope's Catering this past weekend (3/1/25) and it was amazing! Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff were SO on top of everything! From picking up trash, to refilling food stations, to cutting the cake, they were extremely prompt and totally efficient. It was a well-oiled machine of staff members that showed up and they left nothing but a good impression and a VERY nice gift basket for the bride and groom at the end of the night. My husband and I hired Chef Penelope to cater our wedding in October 2024. She and her team are beyond fantastic. My guests are still talking about how yummy the food was and I am writing this 5 months after our wedding. Chef Penelope helped me to not be overwhelmed with all the options. She had great recommendations and spent time during our tasting and in a phone call to answer all my questions. I felt her pricing was better than other high end caters in the area and certainly was fair due to the high quality of her service. Hope I have another event someday to get to hire her again.
