Love love love this service! From scorpions to every kind of ant, we see less and less each time we are serviced. We’ve been with the company since September and we’re now only dealing with a few random sugar ants in one location that we’re certain will go away in no time. Our technician, Ramsey, is incredible! Abby was fantastically professional. She had booties on in the house and treated my house with care. She was an expert in bugs and informed me as she navigated my home. Treating what was needed along the way. Both the inside and outside was treated and everything used to treat was clearly explained. Abby was very good at making sure my expectations were met while clearly letting me know what was usually done. She was great to listen to my concerns and discuss them with me. As well as putting everything in the report for my records. She also told me what to be aware of once treatment was done and between treatments. The pricing for initial treatment inside/external was reasonable (more than follow-up treatments but still reasonable). Overall feeling we made the right choice and grateful for peace of mind.

Is our tech and he does outstanding work - he does a customer briefing before he starts his treatment to address any issues or concerns and goes and does his thing. He is very knowledgeable in the products he uses and is happy to explain them to you if you want. Chemfree is our bug buster !
