Walked in to purchase some button cookies for Christmas as they hands down have the best cookies in the Midwest. Walk up to the counter to purchase four dozen as they clearly have enough on the shelf. Store owner walks out to take our order and proceeded to tell her I want four dozen, mind you I’m also buying other products off the shelf. Get to the check out counter and she proceeds to tell me that if I want to purchase this many next time I need to call ahead, my reply was I Called for 30 minutes and no answer and she had the nerve to say well were busy. Mind you I sat in Andover and called for 30 minutes and after no answer I was hesitant to drive to the west side but I did. Luckily they were open. Was shocked to get such a response when trying to give a business owner my money. Solid cookies, terrible customer service. If Connie’s was better I’d tell yall to go there as they would be happy to sell 4 dozen cookies sitting on their shelf.

Im on the fence about this bakery, while it looks pretty and so do the deserts the attitude of the employee was not. I felt rushed. She made it feel like I was holding her up from doing something else. And she didn't say thank you for stopping in. Nice place, good deserts but once was enough for me.

Ordered a $130 dollar cake and it was very basic and boring. Felt like they did not even try to make it special. The lettering was off. Could’ve got a basic cake like this from Walmart or Dillon’s and saved money. Their solution was: bring it back and we will scrape it all off and start over. If you did this the first time, how much better could it be after you scrape everything off and try again? Also, some people do not have time to bring cakes back for a “redo” before their parties. Do better the first time.

I've ordered cakes at least once or twice a year for the last 8 years and they always turn out great! The staff has been friendly and professional, the cakes taste great (I'm partial to lemon cake with raspberry filling), and the decorations are well done. Highly recommend!

This year we had Cheri’s put together our daughter’s brownie tray for school as well as a small anniversary cake for my husband and I. We were blown away by both. The kids were in love with the brownies and when I said decorators choice just give us wedding cake flavors, we expected something plain. Instead they took the time to make it extremely special and memorable. The flavors also brought back all the memories of the day. Thank you!
