After a long process, Skip ended up getting me the best possible outcome. For almost two years, he always took my calls when he could, called me back quickly when he couldn’t, and gave detailed answers every time. He was super helpful throughout the whole thing. Janet on his admin team is awesome too—she passed along all my questions and handled anything she could herself. I would highly recommend Mr Sullivan and his staff. My case took about two years to complete and they were understanding, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything all the way through. My son was charged with 2 DUIs in March of 2022. We hired James Sullivan in August of 2022 and went to trial in March of 2023. My son was found Not guilty on both charges. This was all due to Mr. Sullivan’s hard work and his vast knowledge of the DUI laws in Georgia. He was always professional and was always in constant communication about my son’s case. We are extremely happy with Mr. Sullivan’s services and will highly recommend him to anyone that needs legal help, especially when it comes to DUI related issues. Hands down the best DUI law firm in the state of GA. Bob Chestney is very informative and comforting in the initial interview in an extremely stressful time. They did a thorough investigation of my case with all the evidence the state had and were very honest with the possibilities of an outcome. Never once did they make me feel like I was in the wrong hands. And Skip Sullivan, who handled my case, is PHENOMENAL! He always was available day and night. I hired Chestney & Sullivan after poor representation by another DUI attorney. I decided to go with Adam Brown and he completely annihilated the prosecution. They were so sure to have a conviction but Adam gave them something to think about. My case was complete on July 7 2016 and is probably one of the best days of my life because the verdict was NOT Guilty!!! after 3 year of prolonging this case from another firm. I was so nervous but with Adam representing me I had no worries. The great think about this firm is everybody is involved. All the attorneys look over the case. The trail went very smoothly and Adam knew my case in and out. There were parts of my case I didnt even think about until he mentioned it and gained positive results.
