Found the washer I wanted on line. CHF had it in stock and I purchased it over the phone. Delivery is to be in 2 days. Fast and efficient service. Competitor did not answer the phone and had a recording that they were experiencing a higher than usual volume of calls and they would call back if I left a message. CHF answered immediately and transferred me to the appliance department. Love the personal customer service I received.

We had a great experience. Jules took us all over the store in the hunt for the perfect arm chair and we found it! Loved it so much we came back to buy a matching one. The hunt for the perfect sofa also hit the jackpot. She helped us select the perfect color leather and took the swatches around to make sure it would go together and it does. We always go to CHF first for furniture. The customer service is always top notch.

We were looking for appliances for a couple of weeks and did already check all major carriers, when almost accidentally passed by CHF store. Super happy that we decided to check it out. Very Friendly Atmosphere! James showed us the appliances, explained a few details, that other stores did not. And gave us a price! That kind of price that a sales guy in RC Willey lost his cool!
