Found the washer I wanted on line. CHF had it in stock and I purchased it over the phone. Delivery is to be in 2 days. Fast and efficient service. Competitor did not answer the phone and had a recording that they were experiencing a higher than usual volume of calls and they would call back if I left a message. CHF answered immediately and transferred me to the appliance department. Love the personal customer service I received.

The hunt for the perfect sofa also hit the jackpot. She helped us select the perfect color leather and took the swatches around to make sure it would go together and it does.
