I came in looking for a Galaxy S21, but after testing a few options, I ended up leaving with a Galaxy S22 — in my favorite color, which they mentioned was super rare and the only one they had in stock. It honestly felt like it was meant to be. The customer service was amazing. They took the time to talk with me, charge the phone a bit, and made sure I was happy with what I was buying. No pressure, no rushing — just real energy, good conversation, and respect. The phone is fast, clean, and unlocked. I dropped in my SIM and everything worked perfectly. Even though there was a minor cosmetic flaw on the back, they offered to fix it later for a discount if I wanted, no problem. And just when I thought that was it — they gave me a free drink while I waited. Who does that?! 😄 The vibe was just good all around. Definitely not your typical gadget store. Real recognize real.
