Have visited this unique store in the past and enjoyed chatting with the owner Helen. Today she popped her head out the door to inform us she was not open until noon (it was 11:30). Website said the store was open. We travelled across town (40 minutes). Guess business is doing well enough to turn people away.

Very eclectic and unique antiques. Helen the owner is always there and is friendly and knowledgeable about everything antique. My wife and I enjoyed our visit. There is no order to anything but it is interesting to the eye. The store is small but clean. There is no public washrooms and only street parking. It’s an interesting place and made more interesting by chatting with the owner.

Very unique items. Great stuff but not affordable for the average person. Only go if you have cash to spend.

Chickies is one of our must stops when out antiquing. Gems hidden in the small old house and then the wonderful charming owner takes us to the garage where there are more surprises.
