I recently had my hair done by Zainela, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. However, the one significant drawback was the schedule management. I had a confirmed appointment time but was not taken back until nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled slot. While I understand that delays can happen, this is quite a long wait, especially when planning a day around a specific appointment time.

My husband & I came for my son’s first haircut, just a trim we just wanted to keep his hair out of his eyes. We were kinda nervous but Maria took care of him, she was quick and lovely. Can’t be more pleased with their service, kind staff and beautiful and clean space! Thank you!

I was really nervous, because this was my son’s first haircut and he has really curly Hair. Prior to going, I guaranteed myself that a tantrum was going to take place. I was recommended Zainela. I could not have been happier with her and her gentle hands. She is very patient and knows how to interact with toddlers, which made my son very comfortable. NOT ONE TEAR! I am so thankful for Zainela and her skills!

We had a really great experience here. Communication is everything. Be clear how you want the haircut to look. Maria cut our son’s hair. We wanted to keep his hair long, out of his eyes, just a trim. She did a great job! Thank you!

We absolutely adore coming here! The owners are super friendly, welcoming, and professional. Zainela is truly amazing at what she does, and my son has been coming to her for 12 years and absolutely loves her! My eldest, who’s now 19, used to get his hair cut only by her until he was in his teens. She’s done all three of my boys’ first haircuts!
