Fantastic spa package. Indoor hot tub was very relaxing and well heated. Lounge area was very tranquil, dimly lit and large beds are provided. As part of our package, we were served a mini meze board along with two glasses of Prosecco which was lovely. Finishing our day we received our full body treatments which were perfect. Staff were very friendly and attentive, identifying muscle tightness and offering advice and support. We booked treatments again and can’t wait to return.

I absolutely loved my visit to the Chill Out Spa today. We were really well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. The facial and massage were one of the best I've had. Lunch was superb. I would highly recommend the Chill out spa and can't wait to return.

Fantastic experience at Chill Out Spa (it is behind Knowsley Hall) we got lost getting here, follow the address on the website. Our package included hot tub, full body massage and tapas lunch. Highly recommend. They do many packages here but the service is incredible and it was absolutely worth it

Well we started with a beautiful hot chocolate and was then taken up to the lounge which wasn't even part of our package but the ladies made us as chilled as possible. Hubby was on the bed in the lounge snoring before we'd even gone through for treatments. Back, neck and shoulder massage was out of this world and the Indian head massage was so relaxing. The ladies who did the treatments were so lovely and made sure we felt relaxed and enjoyed the experience. This is probably the fourth time I've visited and I am never disappointed with anything it's always a wonderful relaxed experience.

I was bought a Restore package for my birthday. The 50 Minute treatment I received was Bliss. The staff were very professional. The place is beautiful there is a beautiful relaxation room where I lounged on a sofa I literally sunk into. I had lunch as part of my package. The bistro was clean and modern and I was waited on by a lovely friendly lady. The food is tasty - a mini cream tea consisting of sandwiches and a cream scone. I had a blissful afternoon and it was such good value. I will definitely be booking again.
