No trickle charger, if you have a check engine light they will clear it before handing it back to you, not investigating if it had come up during the accident you were in, had the car for a month, front desk lady doesn’t know anything so it doesn’t help asking her questions. Had my rental car longer than I expected, luckily I have great insurance so they understood. They even had to contact the shop for me for certain issues going on. Found a bolt in my center cup holders! I had found it after leaving the shop in a hurry because other cars kept blocking the entrance and I had to head back to work. If you’re missing a bolt on your car goodluck! If not for my car, so far I haven’t deceased yet!

I would not ever voluntarily bring my car to Chilton. I brought my car here for theft related repairs since they partner with my insurance. What a nightmare. They had the car for a month, and released it back to me without completing all the repairs (missing hubcaps, weather strips falling out, damaged steering wheel not replaced, car key buttons missing, etc). The manager admitted that no one had actually looked over the car before it was returned to me. I brought it back, they completed the remaining repairs, and today I tried to open my trunk and it wouldn't open. Who knows how many more errors I'll find as I continue driving the car.

Bit of a disaster: Dropped my car off with them on January 7, and they provided a completion date of January 29. I heard nothing real from them until January 30 when they told me my car would be done on Feb 7. It is not Feb 9 and I have no idea of whether or when my car will be done. Now I am going to need to face the double expense of their bills and a rental car for an unknown period.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Chilton Body Shop. I brought my car in to have the bumper painted, but the color did not match my car at all. I gave them a second chance to fix it, and unfortunately, after the second attempt, the color still does not match. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable asking them to repaint it again after two unsuccessful tries. I expected better quality and attention to detail, especially after allowing a redo. Sadly, the end result is still not accept
