I had a houseboat there in late 70’s to mid 80’s. I visited a couple weeks ago and it looks like it expanded 3-4 times the size from when I was there

Patriot Guide Service LLC We had an incredible experience with Less from Patriot Guide Service LLC, operating out of this lake. Less is truly a master at his craft. We flew in from Seattle to do some fishing, and we absolutely were not disappointed. From the moment we hit the water, Less had us on the fish. We were reeling them in nonstop—it was action-packed from start to finish. In just three hours, we caught six beautiful bass, thanks to Less’s deep knowledge of the lake and his years of experience. Having grown up in the area, he knows these waters like the back of his hand. If you're looking for someone who can help you hook into the big ones and make your trip unforgettable, you can’t go wrong with Less and Patriot Guide Service LLC. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is super super slow. Be prepared to wait an hour or more for your food. We’ve been there several times and waited 60-90 minutes, so it isnt a fluke. Once the food comes to the table, it is hot and very good. Price is reasonable- just be prepared to wait up to 90 minutes once seated.

Our waiter was super friendly the atmosphere was perfect and the food delicious, and the kids weren’t bickering for a hot second. We will definitely be back for the catfish dinners.
