I went to H3 twice, and both times were disappointing. The front desk staff were unprofessional — I had to listen to them talking about getting breast implants and debating what songs to put on their playlists. It didn’t feel like a professional healthcare environment at all. Both times I visited, the chiropractor was more than 10 minutes late. But the biggest issue for me was that during the first two visits, they didn’t do any actual adjustments. So if you’re in pain and looking for fast relief, this isn’t the place for you. You’ll likely stay in pain for another 1–3 weeks before they even start treating you, since the first visits are just for assessments and planning. I’ve been to four different chiropractors, and unfortunately, H3 has been the worst experience so far — not because the people were rude, but because they simply don’t do anything for you right away. Every other chiropractor I’ve seen has adjusted me on the first visit and I’ve left feeling noticeably better.

Very professional and organised clinic. My Chiropractor Ashley was knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. She explained everything clearly and is a very understanding, nice lady to work with. The clinic is such a friendly place to attend and a very comfortable setting. I found an immediate release in neck tension after adjustments which feels incredible. I would recommend the clinic to people suffering with back and neck issues.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Chiro H3 Sydney. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Ashleigh is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough—she really takes the time to listen and tailor treatments to what you need. Dr. Adrian is equally fantastic, bringing so much professionalism and genuine care to every session. Both of them go above and beyond, and you can really feel how passionate they are about helping their patients improve. Highly recommend Chiro H3 to anyone looking for effective treatment, a friendly atmosphere, and practitioners who truly care about your wellbeing.

Love these guys! So glad I’ve found them and even better that they’re in the city, so it's a quick trip up to be adjusted and feel great for the rest of the day - no rushing home to try to get to the local chiro before they close. Don’t feel guilty about trying to fit it in during work time. View it like the much healthier option than the smoke break your colleagues take, and never feel guilty for. Adrian, Ned and Darby are the best!
