I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McLelland and Chiropractic Centers of Virginia - Short Pump. From the day I began, I was (and continue to be) impressed by how efficient and well-organized everything is. There is never a wait, a benefit in which they take great pride. I walk in and receive immediate attention. Visits are typically no longer than 15 minutes! The staff is not only professional but also incredibly communicative—every step of the process is clearly explained, and I always feel heard and supported. But the real difference? I feel better than I have since 2016. Truly life-changing care. If you’re looking for a place that values your time, your health, and your overall well-being, this is it. Highly recommend!

As a chiropractor myself, I know how important it is to keep my spine in proper alignment—especially to prevent injury. But like many working parents with young kids, I struggled to prioritize my own care for the past five years, while little pockets of time trapped between caring for my own patients and picking up my kids. Finding a great chiropractor is no easy task, but I was fortunate to come across a fellow Palmer graduate and have not been disappointed. I know how important it is to keep my spine in proper alignment—especially to prevent injury, given my profession. His convenient hours and efficient, effective adjustments have made it possible for me to consistently receive the care I need. His team (Ashley and Silvana) are amazing, friendly and super customer service oriented. Highly recommend.
