I hadn’t filed my taxes in years, and Choice Tax Relief helped me get completely back on track. Levon Baghdagyuluan made the entire process seamless — he was fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. He kept me updated every step of the way and quickly answered all my questions. There was even a tight deadline to get my returns in, and he made sure it was done on time. I really appreciate how easy he made a stressful situation.

I had an outstanding experience working with Choice Tax Relief for the 2nd TIME. My tax consultant, Lulu Peralta, was incredible from start to finish. She helped me settle my outstanding federal taxes before a very tight deadline, and her responsiveness and clear communication made the entire process much less stressful.
Lulu also went above and beyond by working to get my state taxes resolved, including having penalties and late fees waived — something I didn’t even think was possible.
I’m extremely grateful for her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to helping her clients.

Annette Svia Google My husband and I were at a point of desperation. One evening, my husband came upon a YouTube video that introduced Choice Tax Relief to us. We actually contacted them the next day and were set up with an interview. After the interview, we were still very despondent about the options that were offered to us. THEN, we got a call from our Case Manager - Lulu Peralta. She actually CALLED me and spent a serious amount of time on the phone with me. She had a plan moving forward. I was SO encouraged! The next six months went by slowly, but now we have resolution that enables us to move forward set up for success. We owe everything successful in this situation to Lulu. She is wonderful. I felt like she really cared about us. She was professional and compassionate. She absolutely knows what she is doing. She understands how things work. She alleviated our stress through phone calls and email communication. A metaphor would be that she held our hand throughout the end of our journey with the IRS. If you are scared and do not know where to turn...contact Choice Tax Relief! For years, we looked for someone to help us, and nobody provided us any guidance. Jayne Naymanvia Google I got into a situation where I owed the IRS between $35,000 to $40,000 for the tax year of 2021. I was pretty much broke and unable to come even close to paying that amount, and late fees and interest were accruing quickly. I was very, very scared! I watched a few YouTube videos put out by Tax Choice on the subject of an Offer in Compromise to the IRS, and decided to give them a call. I am incredibly grateful that I did! I was being helped by a woman named Kylie Klingman who is with Tax Choice, and she got me calmed down and explained the whole process of applying for an Offer in Compromise with the IRS, and clearly and carefully guided me every step of the way, with gathering and submitting documents , etc. She was always calm, clear about what was needed, and very, very patient with me as I am a techno-bubble head. Somehow, miraculously and to my incredible relief, the Offer in Compromise was ACCEPTED by the IRS!! I feel like Kylie is a miracle worker, but I realize that she’s a very skilled professional who really, really knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients. This is not all that common in these times but it was wonderful to experience. Also, the fee that Tax Choice charged for all the work they did for me was extremely reasonable compared to some other companies that I had checked out and nearly started working with. And I mean by a LOT; so be careful of some other similar type service providers that are out there offering to get your taxes greatly reduced. They can charge a LOT more for the same services provided by Tax Choice. Shop wisely! I honestly don’t think that you could go wrong with using their services compared to the same services provided by other tax-relief companies that are out there. And while I can’t speak to the expertise of all of their employees, Kylie Klingman was just a pleasure to work with and she helped me so very much. I will forever be grateful to her for her service, and would recommend Tax Choice to anyone who needs help with the IRS.
