My wife and I stopped by after showing homes to clients in the area, and we were craving a great burger. Chris Madrid’s absolutely delivered. The atmosphere is fantastic, both inside and out, and the customer service was outstanding. There was a small mix-up with one of our burgers, but the staff handled it immediately and with a smile, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, the food was excellent. If you’re reading this review trying to decide where to eat, look no further, this place is a must. 🍔

Horrible burger and prices. I SWEAR somebody else will say this but it taste like they served me reheated WHATABURGER. NOTHING fresh or texturally satisfying about this place. Nachos are AWFUL. Sweet tea is mid. Do NOT eat here, I feel bad for Chris Madrid. Whoever carried his legacy needs to shut this place down Edit: i saw the owner wants to offer an refund. Listen this isnt about MONEY, its about what the resturant means, why are we using patties that have no flavor, texture, or grill marks. Why are we smothering nachos in beans to where its soaking up into the nachos. Why dont you use fresh ingredients in your food? Why does it cost 18$ to eat here but the food isnt up to 18$ standards? Why as an OWNER would you try to buy me off as to offering a refund, INSTEAD of fixing your menu and prices? I literally cannot find ONE reason anybody would re-order your nachos, NOT ONE

Fast order, quick to you and a relaxing atmosphere. I had the 1/4lb cheddar. With all the trimmings. Fresh, Hot and the bun was soft & huge! Ordered a small fry and it was the size of other burg places large! Fresh cut potatoes and very hot right to your table. Looking forward towards my next visit! 😀

I loved my food as did most of us who had hamburgers. But my husband had what we thought was actually nachos and this was literally just 5 nacho chips with beans and cheese. That was very disappointing. The burgers and fries were good but stay clear of the nachos. We even looked on line to see if we missed something and it does not specify you only receive 5 chips. The staff were okay. It would have been nice if the girl at the counter maybe explained that to us when we told her we had not been there before and that was the only thing my husband ordered for lunch. Quite expensive lunch for 5 chips. The place is very colorful and you can tell well loved. The decor is unique and there are plenty of seating inside and out.

Conveniently located by downtown. Lots of parking on the side of the building. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer a private party room. Outdoors they have misting fans set up to keep you cool. Great service. Food is served as individual items, not as combo meals. Food came out quick.
