This was a complete and total surprise. Not a birthday, anniversary or anything like that. A thank you from the parents of two of my young coworkers thanking me for the influence I’ve had in the lives of their children. I am 68 years old and I have never seen a bouquet as beautiful as this. Job well done!!

My daughter had planned on making the bouquets for her wedding. We managed to make passable bouquets for the bridesmaids, but we weren't able to make anything acceptable for the bride. So, a couple days before the wedding we realized that we were going to have to buy one made by professionals. I looked up florists online and stopped at one florist with a good rating, only to find they were closed when they were supposed to be open. I went online and searched for another store and found Christine's. I stopped by Christine's not really sure what I needed. I told them I needed a bridal bouquet for a wedding in a couple of days, and that the wedding was autumn themed, and that we wanted whites, yellows and orange in it. What they made for us was beautiful, and they did it quickly. I am very pleased.

I live 3 hours from here and have family in the James Cancer Hospital. I was going to do 1-800-flowers or something but they have bad reviews and saw this was close by. The first thing I loved about this shop was the selection, I was just browsing their site and I saw a category that said “cars and trucks” and thought huh? This can’t be right this is a flower shop and clicked it just out of curiosity and saw the options they had of flowers in little trucks and cars. I thought this is perfect, my grandpa is the one getting surgery but he’s a man and I don’t really think flowers are manly, but my grandma is with him and going through a tough time and I thought she’d like the flowers so it was a perfect combination. I placed my order and realized I have them the wrong email. I emailed them the correct one and they called me pretty much right when they opened. They also let me know that hospital can’t have “fresh flowers” and they gave me multiple choices! For someone to pick up the flowers and take them somewhere else (which didn’t work for my situation) or to use the artificial flowers. Which I chose. They look so beautiful I’ve been to many flower shops where what you get isn’t like the picture and this looks great especially for being artificial. I honestly may like this choice even more because now they can keep them forever! The customer service on the phone was nice too! If we’re in the area and need flowers again we’ll be here! Please consider using this company! The photo is the online picture (with real flowers) and what we received is the next picture

I never write reviews but I had to this time because of how disappointed we are. My husband ordered flowers for my graduation and paid $600 for a 100 roses. They were very poorly arranged and very poorly wrapped. It looked like the flowers were just stuffed together. The staff was also very unhelpful. The bouquet looked nothing like he asked for. This was specially frustrating as these flowered were ordered a month in advance and were not a last minute purchase. I have attached a picture of what we got versus what we would have expected to get. Would not recommend. Edit: In response to the company’s comment (since I can’t reply to them directly). The order was placed on April 11th, and picked up in person on May 2nd. The emailed receipt has been uploaded as well.

Excellent flower shop with really kind and helpful staff. They are willing to make sure you have a great experience and love what you get, and they do flowers for all occasions. Not only that but they have really reasonable prices for both flowers AND delivery of said flowers, so you can make someone's day without breaking the bank or leaving your house! Update: flower shop is still incredible and willing to make custom, BEAUTIFUL bouquets on short notice
