Took my insurance claim here, got rear ended and decided to take it here again since 2019-2025. Before and after pictures. Good customer service. Good communication. Paint match. Work is done completely with no issues or complaints.

My husband and I got in an accident about two months ago. And while after processing with the insurance, we were able to make some accommodations and fix our car, and we did Google search and found Christy’s auto body repair. I only met the owner of this business on the day for the pick up of the car. She was really sweet, remembered my husbands name and made sure to take him to his vehicle and review to see if there was anything missing, and we were just amazed and superhappy and how they were able to fix the scratches in the hit. The car took on the right side. Unfortunately, I don’t have before and after pictures because everything went so fast, but we really do appreciate the service. And also how clean they left the car the way it looked was super clean, and the way it smelled inside was super clean, and the little things that we left in the car. We found later, so definitely tells me that they are a trustworthy company. We appreciate you, and of course, if there are any repairs in the future. We hope we don’t. But if we need to. We will be therefor sure. Thank you so much.

Christy and her team take pride in their work ! My car sustained grill and bumper damage from someone backing into me at the market She gave me a rental at no cost instead of dealing with a rental company. Her work came with a 8 year warranty and paint is exact match.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have their car fixed. Cristie was the one who helped me, from the start she was so welcoming. She sat down with me and broke down all the car parts I needed and showed me the prices of the parts! She fixed my front end within 5 days. Quickest turn around time I’ve gotten. 1000% recommend you to come here!

THE …. I MEAN THE… AUTO BODY SHOP REPAIR best in the city of LOS ANGELES, CA. Fixed my daughter’s car within a week. Looks brand spanking new for it being a 2008! Ms. Christy was impeccable with her knowledge in auto body repair and parts. She is reasonable! Being a woman, anything having to do with cars as u all know we get duped in work n pricing.
