I’m so happy I found this hair salon. Will and his team are incredibly talented. you can truly trust his work. First of all their customer service is A1. Honestly I was mind blown. What I love the most is how honest and transparent they were. They took the time to talk me through every step before even touching your hair, so I knew exactly what to expect. And if you’re asking for something that could damage your hair, they won’t just do it. Instead they’ll guide you, offer healthier options, and be real with you if it’s a no-go. How is it that my hair feels healthier instead of damaged after a hair colour ?!! He just really knows what he’s doing. ( by the way on top of everything) they have the cutest cat in the salon, which just makes the whole experience even better) It’s rare to find a salon that genuinely cares about your hair’s health AND delivers amazing results. It was better than what I was expecting. Thank you so much Will & the team. 10/10. My hair is so shiny and my colour looks 10000% healthier than what I had before . (Photos won’t do justice)

I’m so happy I came here! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the owner, Will. He took the time to do a proper consultation with me, which meant a lot because I had a really bad experience at another salon that left me hating my hair. Will and his team really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Rebecca and Will were both amazing, and thanks to them I finally feel happy with my hair again. I’ll definitely be coming back! Also, their cat Buttercup was an adorable bonus.

I’m very happy with the result — it turned out beautiful. He was professional, attentive, and clearly very talented. The whole team at the salon was also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they care about their clients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Chrome Spa Salon if you’re looking for a great place for hair color and excellent service!

I’ve been going to Chrome for a while now and can’t say enough about how great the service and staff is at this salon. From the moment you walk into the space it’s full of beautiful plants and the sweetest cat (Buttercup) that you’ll ever meet, it has such a great energy and vibe. The staff is amazing, they greet you as soon as you walk in and make sure you’re comfortable while you wait for your service. Will is a Master of his craft, seriously the best hairstylist in the City! If you’re looking for colour or cut, Will is your guy! Highly recommend this salon 10/10!
