I work next door to Chuck's, so the first time I needed service I figured it would be convenient. As with any new-to-me shop, I was nervous about getting overcharged or tricked into unnecessary services. But they have been timely, communicative, transparent, and helpful every time! Letting me know what services are essential and which can wait, patiently explaining things to me, and getting work done quickly. I was inspired to write this post after their kindest act yet - last week I punctured a whole hole in a tire that I had recently purchased from them. After scraping it on a curb. The hole was so bad that I couldn't even drive the car the two blocks over to their shop. Eric left his desk immediately to come and help me inflate the tire, and when that didn't work swapped out my wheel for the spare so I could drive it the rest of the way. They got a new tire ordered on warranty, which came in first thing Monday. It took 3 minutes to swap on and they sent me on my way!

This was my first visit to Chuck’s Auto Repair and I’ll definitely be back for any future repair needs! Their online scheduling system and after-hours drop off option made things hassle free. Dave was extremely thorough in explaining each of their recommended services after the initial inspection and offered advice on which to prioritize. The inspection report was broken down into “Requires Immediate Attention”, “May Require Attention Soon”, and “Checked & Okay” categories, making it even easier to determine which services were best given my budget. Big thanks to Dave and his team!

I’ve been visiting Chuck’s for the past three years, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! Everything from the drop-off to the diagnosis report, estimates, and pick-up is super easy and stress-free. The staff is always so patient, explaining everything from the most urgent to the less pressing issues. They’re always happy to answer my questions since I’m not a car expert. When I wasn’t sure if I needed a new car, they also let me know if they think it would be a better idea than a major repair. They’re always upfront about what they think. They also took the time to deal with my extended warranty company to get some parts covered. I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Chuck's Auto Repair. It's easy to get an appointment and my car is typically ready to go before the original promised time. I get lots of information about what services were provided and the consequences of delaying a repair for a while. I feel so much better taking the car to Chuck's than I ever did about taking it to the dealer. The people who work there are extremely informative and nice to deal with.

Chuck's is our favorite mechanic, it's where we take our car to fix issues missed (or caused) by other places. They do great work, they're fair, and so polite. I really appreciate the extra time they take to help me understand the work done and why it's important. This latest visit was also a one day turn around for a couple different issues. 10/10 service, strong recommended
