Abby the store manager runs 1 of the best tire stores in Seattle. Great tire prices! They'll beat the competition! Outstanding service! Clean shop, waiting room and bathrooms! very polite informative staff who give realistic wait times! A good place to retire.

I've been to multiple Discount Tires and the service is always good but my recent experiences at this location really exceeded my expectations. From calling to walking in to the store, I received exceptional service from every staff member I encountered. They were detailed in explaining my options and very clear about the costs. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and well trained. Never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I look forward to coming back the next time I need any tire related services.

Perfect experience with Discount Tires. I needed to swap rims and replace tires on the newly installed rims. I scheduled an appointment five days out. The work was done in just over an hour without issue. It gave me just enough time to grab lunch at a good Mediterranean restaurant up the block. In and out. Straight forward and at a substantially lower cost than another tire location.

Best tire shop and possibly the best customer service in town hands down. It’s probably my favorite local business at this point. From 40x13.5R18 to 185/60R14 and more, they’ve got you covered. Sheered valve stem from wheeling? No problem. Puncture from screw? No sweat. My girlfriend about had a total core meltdown when she had to replace her $1,600 windshield and then a flat the very next day. Her tire is $400 but I knew they’d likely fix it for free the same day even though they where booked out for two weeks, and because I just brought them the wheel, they had it patched in less than an hour. I don’t even sweat flats anymore. I’ve got people for that.

I just took my car here for a flat repair and rebalance. The service was complimentary, quick, and efficient. Nahom is very friendly and professional! Compared to other tire shops I’ve visited, this place feels much more professional. They use lifts for all the cars, and their service is more detailed and thorough. Highly recommended!
