I couldn’t recommend Ciao Bella enough. They’re kind, professional and make you feel confident and cared about. I always look forward to seeing Tracey and know I’m in great hands. Also the decor is calm and clean which adds to their aesthetic v nicely

I have been a Ciao Bella client for many years, and have visited most of their clinics. I visit Ciao Bella Downend Clinic every few months for my treatments with Tracey. Every single time I visit I am made to feel extremely welcome. The clinic is very clean, modern, and easy to get to. I have had all of my treatments done by Tracey for the last few years and I honestly would not trust anyone else to do them. She is extremely knowledgable and professional. She always explains everything thoroughly and makes me feel completely at ease and comfortable, answering any questions I have. I have ALWAYS felt in very safe hands. Tracey is so lovely. She is warm and friendly, caring and EXTREMELY skilled at what she does. I trust her advice and judgment 100%, as I know she will always do what is best for me, and will always prioritise my wellbeing. I have had lip filler and Botox done by Tracey and my results are consistently amazing. They are natural, subtle, and exactly the look I want to achieve. It is clear that Ciao Bella have extremely high standards and expertise, and deliver on this every single time. I genuinely enjoy every single visit to the clinic, from the warm welcome and care and attention to detail, to the fantastic results after. I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend. I’m not new to Ciao Bella Aesthetics (I usually have around two treatments a year), but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review—because the results are just fantastic! I had nasolabial fold filler and botox in my upper lip with Alex and I’m thrilled. She took time to carefully assess my face in detail and explained the plan clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was gentle and precise. Alex checked symmetry throughout and her technique made me feel completely at ease. The outcome is beautifully natural: my nasolabial folds are softened, the lines are no longer that noticeable, and I just look refreshed—like me on a really good day, not “done.” Yes, aesthetic treatments can be an investment, but having a practitioner you trust is priceless—especially when you hear stories about people choosing cheaper options and paying the price later. About 4 years ago I had threads and filler here. They made an absolute state of my face by doing things like filling my nose with a cannula so it was all wonky, my whole face what disfigured if I’m honest. The threads were a joke, I’ve watched videos since and no where near enough anaesthetic was used where the thread needle exits through your scalp basically, I was caused agonising pain and told that’s to be expected yet my pain threshold is typically very high and the videos I’ve seen looked nothing like the horrific experience I went through. I was mid 20s and a lot less confident and knowledgeable than I am now. I was told a refund was not available and offered some £100 “hydra facial” which I took and to be honest was awful, done by a miserable girl who made me feel like the odd one out in school and ultimately made my skin awful. I don’t understand why this business has such good reviews when they let down a 25 year old girl with no confidence as it was and not even offer a refund on literally botched work. I still get pain to this day 4 years later where the threads were so I’m sure there has been permanent damage. I never got any benefit from those either just a face that looked wrinkly where the threads were pulled and the most pain I’ve ever been in where not enough pain relief was used. Absolutely ripped me off and sent me on my way with a hydra facial. All I can say is you’re lucky it was so long ago and I was timid back then or I would have gone to trading standards. Alex, you can reply all you want to the comments and focus on the appalling fox eye but you have consistently since you did the treatment ignored that YOU FILLED MY NOSE WITH A CANNULA!!! I’ve spoken to an aesthetics doctor since who was absolutely appalled when I told him that, I’ve since read about how dangerous that is to do and how it’s almost impossible to create a straight nose using a cannula!!!! You encouraged me to have cheek filler unnecessarily that I didn’t want and then left me wonky and uneven! You can paint this as a warm relationship if you want but you manipulated me into paying for treatment I didn’t need and then refused to give me a refund and now you’re just focusing on how you’ve improved your fox eye thread. So you admit you botched it and only offered me a rubbish facial to sort it out!! Disgusting business you took advantage of me and robbed my money.
