I love this place. There was a salon called Fiji there before and I decided to give that place one more shot even though they were disappointing. To my surprise it had been taken over by new owners and I won’t think about going anywhere else now. It’s been nice to see them doing so well with more and more people coming through over the past few months. There’s always a guy coming in for their first pedicure and they leave amazed. They have wonderful drinks, take really great care of you, are personable and very professional. Treat yourself to their milk and honey pedicure. It was truly the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten and of course, I love my gel X nails!

Great Service, 10/10! We walked in and someone greeted us immediately and got us seated with a drink menu. Drinks are complimentary so this is a great start to my bestie’s birthday. The girls started on her hands and feet immediately, lots of attention to detail. Can’t wait to come back to Ciao Bella and get that princess treatment!

Okay so I really didn’t want to leave a review because everyone was super nice but the quality of the work isn’t good. So I am accustomed to going to nails of America but as some people may know they’ve been getting a lot of hate on hate because they charge so much but I’ve never had that experience since I usually get just a plain color acrylic nails and then pedicure and I go on discount Tuesday so I pay $90 with tip. But since people were complaining I decided to try somewhere else and everyone recommended ciao Bella so I actually went a week ago on my birthday (December 22nd) since they do discounts too. From the moment I walked in the service was soooo good like everyone was super nice and drinks were 10/10 and I actually did a design on my acrylics for once and it turned out so nice I was like wow this is my new spot. When it came time to pay though it was a jump scare with the price because I thought people said they were affordable but my nails and pedicure (which the pedicure was only $45) was $185 without the 15% discount and tip so you can do that math. I was in awe but because the service was so good and I wasn’t used to getting a design I just assumed that’s how much it is. I should also say I did have to remove just 2 nails I had one from before (which I think they charge for removal - which is crazy to me but a lot of people do this). Fast forward to Friday December 26th - one of my pinky nails popped off then on Saturday December 27th my 3rd finger chipped off and my other pinky nail was lifting which I thought was so strange it had been like 4 days and that had never happened to me before. I also noticed my cuticles looked a mess too. I called them and they said it was within the 7 day warranty so I could come fix them for free so I did. The receptionist was super nice about it and I got the same technician and she was sweet again and said the nails didn’t stick properly bc I have tiny nail beds (mind you my nails are always the same and I’ve never had this problem before). I did think it was strange that the manager who was SO friendly before and even suggested I post about my food experience ignored me the entire time except to ask me if I wanted a refill once in the whole hour I was there but was super friendly to the first time customers. Anyways I wasn’t even going to leave review because I was happy they repaired it but now today (I got them repaired yesterday), another nail popped off and another one is lifting which is insane. I’m still in that warranty window but I don’t want to have to go back to get them repaired yet again so I had to leave a review and let everyone know. For the price I expected WAY better quality nails especially since the manager told everyone when I went the first day that they had to turn away clients from TikTok because they do such quality work it takes time. I will be trying a at home nail tech now or just go back to nails of America. Attaching pictures of before (1st pic) and after (2nd pic) - (I don’t have any of the chipped nail). Update on day 7- 2 more nails are off I’m so sad and upset (3rd picture) Day 9 - another nails off (4th picture) Barely 2 weeks later and all are off so I will not be coming back I wish I could get a refund because it was so expensive.

Had an amazing first-time experience here! Julie is wonderful—friendly, engaging, and never rushed the process. She genuinely checked in to make sure I loved my nails and took the time to adjust anything so it was exactly to my liking. I love a clean, simple, yet luxurious nail aesthetic, and she absolutely nailed my French. I’m very particular about symmetry and the smallest details, and she paid close attention to every one of them. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I absolutely love coming to Ciao Bella Nails to get my nails done. From the moment I walk in, I feel at home. Every technician here is excellent—skilled, professional, and truly attentive to detail. What really sets this place apart is the level of customer service. It’s better than anywhere else I’ve been. The care, professionalism, and kindness they show make such a difference, and it’s clear they genuinely value their clients. I always enjoy my time here and leave feeling taken care of and happy with my nails. This is the kind of place that keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend.
