The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is very relaxing and the staff is friendly. I got the deep tissue massage with aromatherapy/hot stones and a scalp massage. My massage therapist was Mayra and she did an amazing job working through the areas I indicated had the most tension. The pressure and technique were great, and she was very professional. Will definitely come back! Also make sure you stay afterwards for some hot tea and a snack!
My partner gifted me a gift card for Christmas after searching around our Houston area for the best massage. As someone who loves massage, and tries a lot of places, she knew I’d want a special experience. I came for a two hour massage + cupping and am leaving a BIG fan of Infinity. The masseuse was incredible and the perfect mix of relaxation and traditional Thai massage that really helps with aches and pains. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the details are thoughtfully planned. After the massage I was greeted with patience as I enjoyed my cup of hot tea. Highly recommend!
Second experience: The owner kindly reached out after my first review (about the 2 hr session ending 10 mins early) and offered extra time on an additional session, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my second visit with Myra was uncomfortable. She asked who my previous massage therapist was (to get Intel on why I'm paying a lower rate I suppose), then entered the room before I had finished getting dressed, despite me telling her I wasn't ready when she knocked. Parts of my feet were slightly peeling due to a recent medication. When I requested that part of the 90 mins should include a calf and foot massage for my Achilles tendonitis, Myra repeatedly commented on my feet in a demeaning tone and said she would not massage that area. My issue wasn’t the refusal, but the way it was communicated. A massage should help you relax and leave feeling better than when you arrived, but I left feeling worse. Between her tone, entering the room prematurely as I undress, and pressing about my prior therapist, the experience was far from relaxing. It's actually sad because this second experience was supposed to be a remediation for the first experience and it ended up being 10x worse. Myra should be trained on how to address customers. I won’t be returning, and I’ve adjusted my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. _________ First experience: I had an amazing 2 hr sports massage at this location. My massage therapist is Nancy and boy did she get to work! She focused on the posterior, anterior, and lateral parts of my body. This made me realize that my lateral part of my body is often ignored during a massage. One thing I didn't appreciate was that the massage ended 10 mins earlier than it was supposed to. Also loved that they give you tea, water, and chocolate after the massage. Great customer service all around!
Staff couldn’t have been nicer, and Myra was great! I got a 60 minute Swedish massage with a head/scalp massage and body scrub added on. I really enjoyed the body scrub. It left my skin feeling so soft! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because at one point during my massage some of the aroma therapy got into my eye and left it stinging for about 15 minutes. This was of course a complete accident and was taken care of immediately. I also got to enjoy some yummy tea after my massage and shower was over. I will definitely be coming back as the prices are super reasonable compared to a ton of the places in this area. Overall, I recommend this place!
