We recently had family photos taken for my son's second birthday and I can't recommend Ciccarelli Photography enough. The day of our scheduled shoot, my husband got sick and Marissa was so flexible and provided several options to reschedule. During the actual shoot, Marissa was incredibly warm and did an amazing job with my two and three year old. She made it so fun for them and we loved how she balanced directing with letting us be ourselves. The photos we received are fantastic and knowing that it was for my son's birthday, she even got them to us ahead of schedule! Thank you Marissa for the wonderful experience and beautiful family photos that we'll treasure forever.
We can’t recommend Marissa and Erik enough! We first met them in 2015 when they did our engagement photos. I still remember how comfortable and special they made us feel during the session, and our photos were amazing! As our wedding was out-of-state, we have been anxiously awaiting the next opportunity to work with them. Fast forward nine years to the birth of our daughter, and we had the same amazing experience in our newborn session. Marissa again made us feel so special and comfortable; we felt like we were catching up with an old friend. Her passion for what she does shines through every interaction, and she captured our pure joy in stunning photos we will treasure forever! We look forward to more family sessions in the years to come!
This public review is long overdue for Marissa & Erik, from Ciccarelli Photography. We've been raving about our experience and the quality of their photos from our wedding day in early September. From the informational call (before they were hired), I knew Marissa & Erik would be our photographers for our wedding. Marissa was prompt to respond and took the time to get to know both myself and my now husband. Her enthusiasm was contagious and even got me excited for my own wedding day! From all of my other searching, no one else compared. The engagement session was key! Both me and my husband do not like getting our pictures taken, but Marissa made us feel so comfortable and we actually had a great time during our photo shoot. Not only did we leave feeling better about taking photos together, but we were certain we made the right choice! Fast-forward to the wedding, Marissa and Erik seamlessly blended into the day capturing all of the moments, big and small. They were right on time on delivering the photos, and they came out better than we could have imagined. They are stunning and we will cherish them for the rest of our lives! Highly recommend Marissa & Erik for any photography opportunities. They are true professionals that produce high-quality photographs and are just all-around fun!
Marissa was fantastic! We had two great photo shoots: a maternity and a newborn shoot. She was very thoughtful and was able to capture moments with our son that we will treasure for years. She’s as a great artistic eye for framing shots. Thanks for a great experience and for a prompt turnaround to share the photos with us. We’re looking forward to working with her again to capture more family moments in the years to come.
Marissa created the BEST engagement shoot experience for me and my fiance. I am also a photographer, so my standards are probably pretty high compared to someone who is unfamiliar with what's involved in a shoot. She started by asking some questions regarding what we were looking to get out of the shoot, some location ideas (she had plenty too in case we were unsure), and was prompt with all of her responses. On the day of the shoot I felt completely prepared, and confident that Marissa knew exactly what we wanted captured. She is warm, and friendly, and funny. We had so much fun that day, and were smiling genuine happy smiles in her company. The images were right on time (early if I remember correctly), and were STUNNING. Marissa is wonderful at posing (in the most natural ways), and captures the light perfectly. THANK YOU MARISSA for giving us one of our most prized possessions and capturing our love! I can't wait to have many, many more sessions with you!
