Cielito Mexican Flavor in Los Colinas is such a great find if you’re looking for Mexican cuisine with a modern Mexico City touch. The menu has a really nice variety, including vegetarian options, which I appreciated. Everything we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The ceviche was definitely a highlight — very fresh, light, and refreshing, perfect for warmer weather. The drinks were also excellent and paired really well with the food. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, making it a great spot for both date nights and group dinners. They also have a private room option, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our server Heldin? was excellent and very attentive.. I never saw Quail on a Mexican menu so I had to try it. Quail hunting is apparently a thing in TX! The Quail mole was delicious. I love quail so I was not surprised at all how good it was.
