I have been a client for 10+ years! The staff ALWAYS takes great care of my babies. I had a large dog that was dog aggressive and needed special handling. I never once worried about my dog or others dogs because they handled him with excellent care. So much so, that my dog had no issues with other dogs being around. He LOVED going and loved his pamper days. When it was time to let him go, the groomer/bather came in on their day off so he could get one last pamper! I'll never forget it. ❤️ I also have a smaller terrier breed that hates grooming and poops on the table every time. The team just laughs and make her as comfortable as possible. They love her and never do anything to make her anxiety go higher. (She's just very attached to me). I trust this place and it's crew with my animals lives at any time. My babies have always come home beautiful and happy! I couldn't recommend Cimmaron more!!! Melissa is my go to groomer! 🥰

Our Great Pyrenees Charlie Ruger girl is a huge dog with tons of hair, Cimarron takes care of her. Yesterday we picked her up and that was the absolute best that she has been groomed! She looks like a new dog! Looks that a show dog! Quality work, very friendly staff, always a pleasure to take Charlie to the groomer! Heather did an amazing job! Kudos to her and the staff! 10 stars!

Love Cimarron! Zoe is always happy after her haircut and they treat her so well. I don’t think I will ever switch ❤️❤️❤️❤️ June 10, 2020 Brought Leo in today for his first ever grooming experience since my parents are in town. I am so happy that I brought him back to Zoe's favorite groomer! He didn't show any signs of being stressed. Maybe a tad bit upset. Everyone was so nice and professional as always. Even after I found out Leo was missing something. I was able to bring him back and get the job done. I love Cimarron! Best place to bring your fur babies to.

PLEASE READ -I never write reviews but felt it was important to share my experience. I have brought my babies here for almost two years and have always been satisfied with their service. Yesterday my girls were finally able to get groomed with everything being closed due to the Coronavirus. They were picked up and told they did great as usual. Then during the evening after our daily walk, I noticed one of my girls was bleeding from both of her back paws. I cleaned her up and could tell it was coming from her nails being cut too short. I called today to speak with the manager. They immediately knew who I was because I heard someone in the background whispering “this is the one...” I was told by this manager that it was brought to her attention and that “these things do happen and that the quick clot may come off during walks.” So then when asked why it wasn’t brought to our attention that this had happened so that we could have been more careful with her, she then proceeded to blame us and say she was bleeding before she even got there and that someone else may have cut her nails which is not true. I told her that that should have been brought to our attention as well but she just stated she “assumed” we already knew. She then decided to throw in there that they didn’t even cut her nails. It sounds like a lot of different stories just to cover a simple mistake. She did offer to show us a video recording of her getting groomed but how can I trust that this video is accurate after all of what was said. I am a nurse and a very understanding person, but I am so disappointed that there was no honesty or communication here. We will not continue our service here. Here is a picture of one of her paws after the walk. The other nails look clipped even though she claims they didn’t touch them. And how would I not notice this kind of bleeding if it was happening before we took her in as they claimed?? Please be careful with your babies if you love them as much as I love mine. I’m sure they will be quick to respond to this review as they have with other posters that were not satisfied with their service.
