The potential experience here is easily 5 stars, lots of great games, clean theater, great food. However, on a recent visit I preordered tickets and food in the app. The app lost my order and it took over 20 minutes for them to figure out that it had been lost and then I had to reorder my food. I had a pending charge on my credit card for the food I then had to ensure didn't post, I basically left with homework. So I missed a big chunk of my movie, got my food super late, and still paid full price for it all. The app is a travesty, and I'll never use it again, if I come back. Its super shady that in the app the moved the option to cancel/pause your subscription into the FAQ section, instead of where it was, the subscription management page. The people had a chance to do something, anything, to make my experience better after the app messed everything up didn't.
Everywhere at cinergy is amazing but this post is directed towards the bowling. I went with a group of 5 me included and we spent about a 100 dollars for 2 hours. The first hour was blissful. But at the end of our first hour we our lane #4 just shut down? Said it needed attendance. After about 10 minutes a worker goes past and said he would be right on it. Another 15 minutes passed and nothing was fixed. So I went up to the register and asked and he said it was a bit long and instantly called to someone in the back who fixed it. We where happy then because they added on 10 minutes to our time. But then not even 20 minutes later it did the same thing and this time we looked everywhere for any employee in charge of bowling and couldn't find anyone so with 30 minutes left we just decided to leave...definitely was not happy about it. Felt like we wasted our money.
One of our Christmas traditions is a movie every night with our little tribe. I’d never been to see a movie at Cinergy but it’s my new favorite. Chairs are huge, they heat and recliner and have trays at each seat. We ordered the girls chicken and pizza and they loved it. This is the nicest theater in Tulsa.
Cinergy Tulsa took incredible care of our entire team during our company team building event. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. We had a blast! Salvador helped us get set up with axe throwing where they have a few different games you can do with the axe throwing. He explained the entire thing quickly and informatively so we could get the fun started. We also had a great time playing the arcade games and using the photo booth. Everything was clean and in good working order. We plan on coming back!
