We tried to do the escape room with our son. Yes, we should have read the policy first, but we have done a ton of escape rooms around town and I have never heard of such an insane policy. In order to do it, we would have to buy all 8 tickets for our family of 3. That's insane. I get it if it was packed and we were being put with another group, but we were the only people there to do escape rooms. Even the arcade only had 2 other families in it. So we got a refund. We like Cinergy but we will never be doing their escape rooms.

Only good if you enjoy being overstimulated, having no real puzzles, and trash and damage everywhere that confuses the player. Half the stuff was broken or just unreasonable quick time or slow time. Anything with magnets just needs to be taken out. Waste of my time and money.

We came here years ago and had a great experience with the escape room. So when we found ourselves with extra time this trip to Tulsa, we returned. The room was not set back up properly. Rooms and clues opened before they were supposed to, buttons and alarms that were supposed to help didn't work we had to call for maintenance. They acknowledged things were wrong. It really took the fun out of doing the room.

The bunker room sucked. Doors were open that were not supposed to be open when we entered the room which messed up the whole room. Also for about 30 mins the speakers in the surveillance room were on and we could hear the people in there talking and then could not hear clues. We needed to hear. Afterwards, when complaining about the room they offered us nothing. I had to go back to ask for a refund they then said they knew about the mess ups in our room and then offered us a free movie card which they were supposed to hand out that day anyways 🫤

I had a little family out in here and plenty of things to do. It’s an arcade and at the end of it got to get some cute toys for my son.
