Had my first experience at Citadel about a month ago…VERY pleasantly surprised by the vibes of the shop! It’s so welcoming and calm vs other shops I’ve been to in/around the cities. I got tattooed by Matte and he is such a chill dude, my husband and I will 1000% be back again!!

Got an elbow tat from Wakako and couldn’t be happier with it! She is a great communicator prior to the appointment, incredibly talented as an artist, a blast to chat with during the process, and did I mention her art skills?! I get stopped on the street by strangers who ask me where I got my elbow tat from! I can’t wait to get back into the shop in the winter and get another one from her :) the shop is clean, well maintained, and the vibes are immaculate. The other artists are also super friendly! 100% recommend this shop for all your tattooing needs
