I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift from Citti's over a month ago, my first experience with them. It's really lasting a very long time, considering my previous experiences with arrangements I've had over the years . The orchids in the arrangement are full of blooms and haven't dropped a single flower yet, and the other plants in the arrangement are easy to water and holding up well too. I love how the arrangement has evolved over the time I've had it, and was a great gift to receive. I look forward to opportunities to send gifts from them in the future!

I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived it was not ready because, as the woman at the front desk said, “it was a last minute order.” This is despite the fact that they accepted my order and promised it would be ready for pick up at the time I arrived. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my flowers to be ready (I wouldn’t be surprised if they hadn’t even started working on it) and once it was ready, I did not even receive an apology or a “thank you for waiting” from that same woman. Worst customer service ever. I will not be coming here again and I suggest everyone stay away.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Citti’s Florist! They did the flowers for my wedding, and everything was absolutely breathtaking. The arrangements completely exceeded my expectations — every bouquet, centerpiece, alter and floral detail was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Working with Chris and Adrianna was such a smooth and enjoyable process. They really took the time to listen to my vision and made it come to life effortlessly. They were kind, professional, and so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. When I saw the venue all set up, I was blown away — the flowers completely elevated the space and tied everything together so perfectly. I received so many compliments from guests, and I still smile every time I look at the photos. Thank you to the entire Citti’s Florist team for making our day so incredibly special and stunning. You truly went above and beyond!
