Excellent Service! Car City Radio provided some of the best service I’ve experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. Awesome place. Hard to find an old school car stereo repair shop these days. The touch screen in my Tacoma has been not working lately. Yesterday it was stuck on AM radio. I couldn't get it back to Bluetooth. Ugh. I popped by City Car Radio and within 10 minutes the guy looked at it and realized that I just need to use the mode button on my steering wheel. Haa I didn't even think about that. Life saver. Now it's great. Didn't charge me anything for his time. So rare these days. I will always support this business.

Great spot in downtown San Rafael owned and operated by Juan and his friendly team. He's a seasoned professional on all things audio, security, tinting, detailing among other matters for Jeeps and other vehicles. I brought my Jeep here and am very happy I did. Everything was handled with care and Juan did a great job explaining how to use and maintain the equipment I had installed. I'm not the only happy customer - he had plenty of happy folks coming in and out of the shop while I was there. I'll be back for a detailing and/or tinting very soon. Thank you JUAN!
