Excellent Service! Car City Radio provided some of the best service I’ve experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. Not only was the service top-notch, but the prices were very affordable—definitely a place that cares about its customers rather than just making a sale. I left feeling confident and satisfied, and I’ll absolutely be returning for any future needs. Awesome place. Hard to find an old school car stereo repair shop these days. The touch screen in my Tacoma has been not working lately. Yesterday it was stuck on AM radio. I couldn't get it back to Bluetooth. Ugh. I popped by City Car Radio and within 10 minutes the guy looked at it and realized that I just need to use the mode button on my steering wheel. Haa I didn't even think about that. Life saver. Now it's great. Didn't charge me anything for his time. So rare these days. I will always support this business.

Juan installed a CarPlay conversion kit in my Lexus. I could not be happier with the service and quality of the workmanship. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing radio or electronic work done to their car.

Fantastic experience! Juan and his team do exceptional work. They’re incredibly meticulous and professional, both in cleaning and detailing vehicles and in performing technical upgrades—like the flawless CarPlay installation they did for me. Their attention to detail is second to none, and my car has never looked or functioned better. Highly recommend them for anyone who wants top-tier service and results!

Great spot in downtown San Rafael owned and operated by Juan and his friendly team. He's a seasoned professional on all things audio, security, tinting, detailing among other matters for Jeeps and other vehicles. I brought my Jeep here and am very happy I did. Everything was handled with care and Juan did a great job explaining how to use and maintain the equipment I had installed. I'm not the only happy customer - he had plenty of happy folks coming in and out of the shop while I was there. I'll be back for a detailing and/or tinting very soon. Thank you JUAN!
