Excellent customer service! So look forward to our holiday dinner cruise on Lake Ontario! We went on the City Cruise dinner on Lake Ontario last night. It was the BEST dinner cruise that we have ever booked. The Odessey is a beautiful, spacious boat with an incredible outdoor deck. We paid extra for a window seat and it was so worth it. Mary Grace and Kim and the entire Odyessey team were fantastic. The food was so delicious and the DJ was great. Loved the tour of the Toronto harbor! Will definitely book again! Such a cute, small-scale brunch cruise! It felt like the classier cousin of the “party boat,” complete with a DJ who understood that brunch music should vibe, not assault your eardrums. Floating on the water with good food and good company? Yes, please. A soft life moment brought to you by Toronto.

The view from boat was amazing. Loved seeing the Toronto skyline and the city lights. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t great. It took 40 minutes to get the entree. We were the first ones who arrived on the boat and yet we were the last ones to get our meal. We genuinely thought our server, Regine, had forgotten about us. Watching other servers be attentive to their tables so their guests could go up to the deck just made it feel even worse. I was really upset that I lost my appetite and didn’t really enjoy my meal. Personally I’d be hesitant to recommend this experience to my friends if this is the level of service they can expect.

Was the start of November, had 2 days in Toronto part of the City Pass program. Staff on cruise were very friendly and thr host was very knowledgeable. Some great views of the city. The cruise offers some light food options and drinks and hot drinks as well. It's about an hrs long.

My recent fall cruise was amazing. From I stepped in the boat, I was given a nice welcome. I knew from that moment it was going to be a great trip around the harbor. The staff were very nice and respectful. The variety of food for brunch was tasty and colorful. The Playlist in the background as we sailed was fantastic. Everything was lovely. The only suggestion is that the shout outs be done during a time when everyone is seated or is still in a position to listen and hear. Overall, it was a pleasant experience ☺️.
