New wheels and alignment- price match was great as they take Afterpay. Had to use the bathroom as I waited for 1 hour. Was the most disgusting experience of my life! Made me doubt the whole company due to the inability to even mop/ clean. The floors were drizzled in a years worth of men’s leakage. The walls had brown hand prints, the toilet bowl and lid were covered in brown / black mess. Not ok for ANY business. And shameful as a franchise.

Took in to change a suspension bolt and get wheel alignment. They returned it like this (pictured). They snapped the ABS wire and taped it together and cable tied it and told me I had to get it fixed properly? They did not offer a refund or any form of compensation. Now I am expected to spend the hundreds of dollars on replacing the ABS wire harness myself. When I went back in to complain about this the folllowing day, after seeing the monstrosity they had left me, the workshop manager, Harry, was argumentative, confrontational and failed to take any ownership. They offered to “re-tape” and hide the cable if I could come back after hours. This is no where near good enough and I am extremely disappointed to be coming away from this experience worse off and having to find another mechanic to fix what they have broken and spend more money on an issue that should never have existed. Used to have great experiences previously at this shop and I was a regular customer. New ownership and absolutely no care for their workmanship or customers. Would prefer to give 0 stars if I could.
