I am so grateful for what Kim did for my dog. I adopted my dog 6 yrs ago, he has been through alot in the past, and he wasn't always open to the new people. Kim took her time, Play with him and then take him into bath and cut. I have to say, not many groomers provide these kind of services for people pet. Kim is kind and so good with pets. Highly recommended, and I will come back for sure!

I asked for ABC and I got 123. I was giving hairstyle instructions but none were being written down. There might have been a language barrier. I might go back only because the owner realized and admitted her mistakes. I will be a regular, only, if they get it right the second time. Petsmart uses a computer system to keep track of customer needs and gets it right every time, unfortunately, they need advanced appointment notice that I can't meet.

I've been coming here for years now when I only had one good boy. Now I bring 2 of my dogs here and the owner and her sons are always so friendly and accommodating. Both of my dogs are very nervous but they are always so sweet with them and leave them with a handsome cut! Even though I've moved away from the area, I make the drive because this is who I trust with my fur babies! 😊 ❤️

Just took our three dogs here to get their nails trimmed. The lady was super nice and gentle. Even with my oldest dog who is crazy nervous the lady was very calm with him. Very inexpensive to have their nails trimmed! Thank you.
