To start with the store is beautiful. I had been looking for some furniture for a guest bedroom and been to a few places first. Not only did I find something perfect at City furniture, my representative Jennifer was amazing!!! If I ever need more furniture this will be to go to store.

Mark McCarthy was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable and helped us design exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The product was exactly what we wanted and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Had a great experience buying the Ryland sectional at City Furniture! Michael Montoya was so helpful and kind, he helped us configure the sectional exactly how we needed it and he even called to check in after the couch was delivered to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!

Sales associate was nice but did not discount our item correctly and was overcharged $100. Had to call to get it fixed. They forgot all the parts to install the bedframe correctly. The assemblers did not have the proper tools.and I believe the supports under the bed were not assembled properly. Overall a lack of paying attention to details and took two trips to assemble a simple bedframe, I think I could have done a better job. Oh well.

My experience with City Furniture Stuart was amazing. From the moment I decided I was interested in this couch, I worked with Julian to get all my questions answered. I was a little nervous investing that much on a couch without ever seeing it before but the sales rep Julian answered every single question I had and made me feel confident in my decision. He even helped reschedule the delivery date twice because my move in date kept changing. When the couch arrived, the delivery men were on time and very polite. It was raining that day and they made sure to keep the plastic wrap on so the couch didn’t get wet and even took their shoes off at the door to ensure they didn’t track in mud. They got the couch set up exactly how I wanted and it only took them 10min to get everything set up. The quality of the couch is amazing and the expertise, patience, and respect that the sales rep Julian displayed was second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and the ease of delivery was painless. I would highly recommend going to city furniture in Stuart for all of your furniture needs if you are in the area. Such a great team to work with and I absolutely love my couch (as does my dog). Very happy with the whole experience.
