Was very politely welcomed in. My questions were answered. I came time to check out, there was one cashier processing a customer who had multiple books and multiple gift cards and confusion about her membership. Meanwhile, there are three or four customer service representatives just sort of standing around, looking friendly, but not doing anything.

One of the nicer Barnes and Nobles I've been to. Store is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and even gave great advice on book recommendations. The customer service went above and beyond, and the cafe in the center of the store offered great treats and drinks. A nice place to go with family, spend time browsing and your sure to find what you like.
