I was in a time crunch and needed a quick fix for my AC Unit before closing on the sell of my house. Every other business was booking 2 weeks out and I was going to have to push back my closing date. City Heating and Cooling understood the situation and was able to get a technician to my house same day. The price was reasonable and within what you would expect to pay. However, it was slightly higher than the others, but you can't complain with same day service when no other company would budge on their scheduling. Also, its a small price to pay to support a locally owned business. I'd rather keep the money in the community and not a nationwide repair chain. While I was writing this review, I realized that the business is based out of Tucson...I live almost 1 1/2 hours away from them, so the cost was probably drive time and gas. Which I can't complain at all! The quality of work was great and I have no complaints. If you need AC repair quick, i would highly recommend this business.

This company was AMAZING! I highly recommend them. I called to get my AC fix on a commercial building and they were able to fit me in same day. They were very friendly even after they had already worked a long day and were tired. After doing some inspection they found that the unit was wired improperly and adjusted the fan speed to the proper speed for the unit. They stayed late to make sure the system was working right and explained everything they were doing. I will be using them for all future AC work. 5 stars for service, speed, price, and friendly appointment setting.

I contacted City Heating and Cooling when I realized my HVAC fan wasn’t turning off. First off, being an elder millennial, I loved being able to set up my appt online! I received a confirmation that Chris would be out the next day and they called me a few times to update his arrival time when he was running late. Long story short, I am thrilled with the level of service and fair pricing. The control board for the blower motor was bad but it was serviceable, so he ran and got a new one and installed it the same day, and he replaced the capacitor after he realized it was reading under what it should be. Then he did an overall servicing of the unit, changed my filter, and wiped his fingerprints off the vent cover. WHO DOES THAT?? Amazing. The service also includes a complimentary follow-up, which is just exceptional customer service. I’m so excited to say I have a heating and cooling company when someone asks! So, look no further, folks. Just call them and know you’re dealing with a wonderful business that really takes the time to take care of you and explain what is needed and why.

Thursday morning we realized our A/C was not working. We called City and they sent Ray out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, no pressure to sell, just good info. The compressor died ( we were not surprised. It’s been making noise for months). So, we needed a new A/C unit. We also opted to replace an old furnace (we had received previous quotes from other companies). City gave us a quote that morning. I was pleased with the reasonable price and gave the OK. The crew came out the next day exactly on time. They were professional and polite. I’ve used City before and I’m impressed with their customer service. They definitely will go the extra mile for you. City is the company I trust and will use for future service.

City Heating and Cooling LLC is the best! Tonya was absolutely amazing to work with she was friendly, professional, and available whenever we had a question and made the whole process as easy as possible. The techs did an incredible job and got everything done fast without cutting corners. They were respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They will for sure be the only company I call to have any future maintenance done to my A/C system. Highly recommend Tonya and her team to anyone needing heating or cooling work done! 10 out of 10!
