Came here after a recommendation from a friend. It was a last minute thing so we had no reservations but our wait for a karaoke room was about an hour. Didn't mind having to wait an hour because the bar area where the dj was playing had a good vibe and the bar tenders were quick with drink orders. After we got to our room it was spacious and clean and our server was great also. Karaoke system was cool and all around we had a great time. Planning to come back soon. Definitely check it out.
check your receipts when checking out so you don’t get overcharged!!!! been here several times but my recent visit will be my last. made a reservation 9pm - 11pm for a large room (120 minutes, $70/hr). checked in and my group wasn’t put into the room until 9:20pm bc they were still getting it ready. we ordered drinks and plates for a birthday cake with the server as soon as we got in. drinks took awhile to come out, about 30 mins but we were understanding bc it was a busy night. we were missing multiple drinks which we had to call a server back in and ask for them. he stated they forgot to bring them or didn’t even ring them up. we also never got the plates, which was fine we just decided to skip the cake until we were done. at check in, we were told someone would come in and give us a 15 min warning when our time was almost up. instead someone hurriedly opened our door at 10:55pm and shouted “5 mins!” and left. i went up to the desk to ask about possibly extending the room for an hr, guy said he couldn’t extend tonight since they had multiple parties waiting - was also understanding to this since it did seem very busy. my group gathered everything and was out of the room right at 11pm. my real issue began at check out. the guy gave me my receipt to review before finalizing. i’m the type of person to check every charge and something was not adding up. i was being charged for 200+ minutes in the room (original reservation was 120 minutes). when i brought this up to the guy, he said “yes the charge is for 3 hours plus an extra 8 minutes you stayed over in the room” what??? we were out of the room at the exact 2 hour mark and didn’t stay 1 minute over. all he said was “oh sorry not sure how that happened, i’ll take the extra time off the bill”. so you’re telling me you were going to charge me for an extra hour over my original reservation even tho you said i couldn’t extend my room? that was so sketchy to me!!! i also don’t understand how they could justify an extra 8 minutes charge if we didn’t stay 1 minute over, who was tracking that time? CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! i also had to have them remove a $5 charge for “plates and utensils” we never received for the cake. for the high prices you pay for the room, you would think they could at-least give complimentary plates for a birthday gathering! we used to like this place but we’ll be finding a new go-to karaoke spot :(
While visiting Texas, a few friends and I decided to visit and we can absolutely say we will be back again. The food, the environment, the staff, and the drinks are all awesome! They have a small, but great menu which is filled with common foods and appetizers (not over or underwhelming.) Service was quick and very easy to access, even while you're in the rooms. In comparison to other places we've visited, KTV has to be the best by far. They do add a automatic gratuity to your tab, but I would overall say it was worth it! Everyone there was great: shoutout to Steven, who was very helpful and took time to explain how everything worked! We appreciated him!
I came here for a friend's birthday party and there was about 30 of us attending. We got a large room in the back and I think for karaoke purposes, for what it is, the place is fantastic. We had like 4 mics, could control thr sound and queue the songs. There were multiple screens for lyrics and colorful lights. The party room had variety of seats and a pool table. Drinks were great, but the only thing I didn't love was food. But that's okay because it's a karaoke bar and the expectations for food should be pretty low. I recommend siting down somewhere to eat in the are beforehand.
On August 22 I had my 50th birthday party here and I booked the VIP suite , and it was great, clean neat , organized, and the service was amazing shoutout to the serves that night, Thank you 😊 , we didn’t have to wait for nothing, every order and food came immediately. I will definitely book again, they were ready and on point , love it thank you for making my birthday amazing
