My wine was delivered Priority Overnight on a day with a heat index of 102, but my wine temped out at 72 degrees and was still cool to the touch about 30 hours after being boxed up! Nicely Done Team!! I will get more very soon.

As someone who doesn't normally drink wine and knows next to nothing about it this place was such a great find. Came here looking for a meal pairing and Jill hit the nail on the head! The selection is sizeable enough too that I felt like I had options but not so overwhelming (like some larger places) as to where I felt like I'd spend hours trying to find something. Jill was incredibly friendly and did a great job explaining flavor and body of the wine options she recommended to me. And she even knew a thing or two about the sakes they had available and sold me on a bottle as well. Speaking of sale, the prices here are, to my understanding, reasonable for the quality of wine they offer. It certainly didn't break my bank to get two good bottles which is great. Will definitely make this my first stop next time I need big kid grape juice.

City wine merchant is a nice small quaint wine store. When you enter the store, it has a very elegant type of feel and look. Eric (owner) was very inviting and conversational, he took the time to explain the different types of wines. He also gave honest suggestions, and I felt it wasn't based on trying to sell me the higher priced bottles of wine. His suggestions was truly based on what he felt I would enjoy. This place is no where near the size of a "chain" liquor store but the amount of quality wines being sold is totally worth shopping here.

Great location, huge selection and very knowledgeable employees. There are so many different bottles you could get lost, but they have lead time to a great wine every time. If you haven’t been, it’s worth a look
