Amazing dance studio! The staff and teachers are extremely kind, organized, and professional. My six year old loves it here. Highly recommend. It’s a great place to experience the love of movement. 💙

Love the dance instructor but the organization runs poorly especially their communication skills- no communication about the cancellation to me. This communication issue actually happened to me twice within 3 months. The first time was even worse that I was physically already there at the studio and learned the class was canceled. I didn’t receive any emails or calls or texts about the cancellation at all. I was rushing to the class and cancelled a few things on my schedule, in order to make the class. I am beyond disappointed at your organization and communication. Cancellation is understandable and acceptable. But not letting me know ahead of time shows enormous disrespect to my time. Because of the first time experiences, I figured the second time may happen again and tried to call your office number. I called a few times. That number on your website/google map/email never works either. I couldn’t even dial the call until your front office called me 5 minutes right before the class, when I almost got to your studio. Again, I learned the class is canceled 5 mins before the class started. And I canceled my whole evening plan to make to your class without knowing the cancellation. Refund is not even enough to show a little respect to me and my time. I can’t believe your organization runs like this with this kind of communication. It is very unbranding.

I took a drop-in Afro Beat class today and it was so much fun! Adjetey is a great spirit and amazing instructor. He's super helpful when teaching the dance routine, and more importantly, he makes the class fun, which is exactly what I look for in a dance class. Even though I live kind of far from DC, I can't wait to come back soon! Thank you to Adjetey and to the team at CityDance!

My first-grade daughter has enjoyed her beginning ballet classes at Citydance POP. The instructors are wonderful at connecting with the young dancers. I’ve also attended an adult workshop, which was a great as well.

I enrolled my two daughters in a week long summer camp, and was delighted to see the performance at the end of the week! Students learned a choreographed piece in ballet, jazz, hip hop, African, and modern dance, and students of different skill levels were all able to demonstrate very impressive skills and confidence after only five days. Each day my daughters were excited to share what they'd learned, and looked forward to the next day. It was a creative, expressive, safe place to learn. Ivy and Sabrina were excellent instructors and accommodating of student's unique needs. We will certainly return for additional classes/camps.
