Very inviting, especially for new comers. Friendly staff were very helpful. This was the first indoor rock climbing facility I've been to and I was blown away with how tall the some of the wall were.

One of the coolest places to take my kids in thr Springs. Younger kids (6 and under) will love the Aerie playground. There is a huge selection of auto-belays for newer climbers or those who don't want to take thr time to get trained by the staff on top-rope. The staff is awesome, friendly; and easy going. My 6byear old and 12 year old boys both said it was some of the most fun they've had. I hadn't climbed in years and I'm hooked again. The 10 punch pass is the way to go, unless you plan to get a membership.

We were visiting the area and we looking for something to do on a rainy day. This place was great. The gentleman with long hair who took care of us was very patient dealing with parents coming with a toddler having a tantrum. He was trying to find solutions to make it work and it did. They have a large space with many routes. The bouldering space is fairly large. Clean and everything in good condition. They have a small gym area. Highly recommend.

We had my son's 8th birthday party this past weekend and it was AMAZING!!! The staff was great, everyone was friendly and wonderful with the kids, the party room is nice and we were able to bring in all our own food and drinks. The staff helped decorate and got all the kids fitted for shoes and harnesses in a timely manner. The kids climbed on the starter walls first and then got to go into the big gym with the SUPER TALL WALLS! They LOVED it! Then we had plenty of time for pizza, cupcakes, and gifts without feeling rushed. After the food and gifts the kids got to go into The Cave, and while there was a little incident with a bloody nose while in the cave, the staff handled it well and all the kids had an amazing time. I highly recommend it for a fun and unique kids birthday party! Thank you to ALL the staff at City Rock for an unforgettable time!

We love coming to City Rock with our 3-year-old! He’s especially a fan of the Aerie and the auto belay system, which keeps him excited and engaged. While the main climbing area isn’t super kid-friendly when it gets busy, it’s still a fun experience for the whole family. The people here are generally kind, and the staff do a good job working with kids most of the time. It’s definitely a great place to introduce little ones to climbing and enjoy some active family time. Looking forward to many more visits!
