I recently purchased a bed and mattress from CJC Furniture and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality of both the bed and the mattress is excellent — solid, comfortable, and clearly made to last. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the right option without any pressure. Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. On top of that, the prices were very competitive compared to other stores I visited, making it great value for money. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service.

Bought a Megan sofa around a year ago, very very impressed with it. The quality has been great and still looks as good as new. Recently had to contact the shop about a fire safety label. Luke was incredibly helpful and sorted it all out for us immediately. Highly recommend!

Customer service in-store is always perfect. We always travel from Coventry to CJC because they usually take good care of their customers. We recently visited and bought a sofa and a wardrobe. When the sofa arrived, it looked as if it had been used before and was already damaged, so we decided to return both products. My wife liked the wardrobe, but when I checked online, I found the exact same one for £250 less than what we paid. We called to explain the situation, but we were told that we should check prices before buying and that they couldn’t reduce the price of the wardrobe. We then decided to return it, but under their terms, 25% would be deducted from the original price, which meant we would end up paying roughly the same as the cheaper price elsewhere — making the return pointless. Because of this, we kept it. They did offer a discount for the damaged sofa, which we appreciated, but unfortunately nothing was offered for the wardrobe that cost £689 while we paid £889. It feels like we lost out either way. Next time, we will make sure to check online and request a price match in-store before buying anything. Lets see any higher management team can make us happy after this feedback,

We ordered the Denver sofa in graphite – it’s amazing! We saw it in the showroom and then ordered it with home delivery. The delivery was very fast – just one week. The sofa is excellent quality, very comfortable, and has a beautiful, modern design (decorative pillows are not included). It has a wide seat, which makes it comfortable for both sitting and lying down, and adjustable headrests, which are super convenient. Another great feature is the long adjustable headrest on the left/right side, which lets you easily position the sofa, for example, toward the TV. We were assisted by Mr. Dawid – very professional and friendly service. We received all the necessary information, and we’ll definitely shop here again in the future!
